This year the race took place between 15 and 17 May. The race doubles as a fund-raising event and as a study on the dynamics of team-work, strategy and end-of-the-day beverage imbibement. Team Captain Bec Newlands lead the crew across 140km of barrow-pushing goodness, raising nearly $2000 for MongoliAid in the process.
