The first exhibition for Gobi bears in Australia was launched last night in Cairns

One small step for man, One giant leap for Gobi bears 

Last night MongoliAid hosted the world’s first space exhibition for Gobi bears! It was a great night with guests travelling through time to gaze upon rare artifacts that documented the space race from the end of World War 2 to the successful Apollo 11 lunar mission. The sounds of the 60s floated across the room at Cominos House whilst gingerbread Gobi bears, knitted Gobi bears and books about rare Gobi mammals were available for purchase. We raised nearly $1000 in what was an embryonic experimental exhibition experience! Thank you to all MongoliAid supporters and friends who made the night possible.
